Ring Soldering Workshop

About this class

In this three-hour hands-on class, students cut a strip of sterling silver sheet metal, form it into a ring band, and solder the seam closed using a jeweler's torch under the direct guidance of instructor Steven Brownlee. The process also covers filing, sanding, and polishing so participants finish with a wearable, clean sterling silver ring they made entirely from raw material. All tools and supplies are provided, and the class is suitable for complete beginners with no prior metalworking experience.
