Filled Pasta Class

Filled Pasta goes beyond basic noodles and teaches you to make tortellini, ravioli, or agnolotti, depending on the seasonal menu, working the dough thin enough to wrap without tearing and sealing each piece by hand so the filling stays inside during cooking. The chefs demonstrate the filling preparation, show the folding and sealing techniques step by step, and guide you through the whole batch at your own station. You cook and eat your pasta at the end of class.
