Saturday morning workshop focused on creating a hand-tied market bouquet using loose seasonal stems, covering the spiral technique, how to select complementary flowers and foliage, and how to present a finished bouquet. Mel works through the design alongside students, sharing professional tips and the reasoning behind each choice as the arrangements take shape. All materials are included and the two-hour session ends with everyone taking their bouquets home.
