This beginner-friendly class from Pottery with a Purpose teaches two of the oldest hand-building techniques in ceramics history: the pinch pot and coil method. Students learn how to condition clay, build form by feel, and join pieces securely so the work survives firing without cracking. By the end of the session each participant has created two or three small pieces that get glazed and returned in a follow-up pickup.
