About this class
This class will build on the skills you learned in the Intro Class. In addition to static skills, you'll work on more dynamic movements and advanced transitions. You will also go higher in the ropes. In addition to all the poses, transitions, spins, and upside-down goodness, each class will include a warm-up, light conditioning, stretching, and a cool-down. Railroad Aerial Arts offer a diverse, safe space for anyone who is interested in joining the circus community. We welcome all ability levels and limitations, bodies, races, sexualities, genders, and religions.
