Join head bartender Sam Babalola and the Bitter and Twisted bar team for an immersive two-hour cocktail class where you make three of the bar's signature drinks from scratch. The session covers expert technique including proper dilution, garnishing, and elegant presentation, along with the stories and creative philosophy behind each recipe. Seating is limited to fourteen guests so the experience is personal, and each ticket includes a 20-percent discount on food and drinks after class.
