The Paper + Craft Pantry in East Austin teaches the art of modern calligraphy in this beginner workshop. You learn basic lowercase letterforms using a pointed pen and India ink, building muscle memory for the pressure-sensitive strokes that define calligraphy. The studio provides all materials including practice paper, nibs, and ink. A perfect introduction to this meditative handwriting art form.
