The Cheeseboard Collective's Tuesday baking class covers a rotating program of breads and pastries, taught by cooperative bakers in the Gourmet Ghetto kitchen using the same methods and ingredients as daily production. Tuesday classes vary in focus but always cover the core technique behind each item, from mixing ratios to shaping and baking decisions. All ingredients and equipment are provided and you take your baked goods home.
