The date night cocktail experience at William Price Distilling is a 90-minute evening class designed for two people to work together at the bar building a series of cocktails using the distillery's house spirits. The distillers walk you through shaking technique, how to taste and adjust a drink, and how to use bitters, infusions, and garnishes to finish a cocktail. The session ends with the cocktails you made alongside a short behind-the-scenes tour of the production floor.
