Brand new to pole? This class is perfect for you! In Pole Level 1 classes you will work on basic pole holds, starting to climb, basic spins, and more. Pole 1: Introduction to Pole If you are brand new to pole dancing, this is where you want to start. Any pole class containing Level 1 is one that is good for brand new students. Please wear workout clothes, but shorts in particular. You will need your legs bare in order to be able to grip the pole. Similarly, please refrain from applying lotion for at least 6 hours prior to class. You will be barefoot for class.
