This SUP lesson starts on your knees to build balance before progressing to standing, covering the forward paddle stroke, how to turn efficiently without losing momentum, and how to fall and remount. Mission Bay's flat water makes it easier to find your balance than ocean conditions and the Aqua Adventures instructors have taught thousands of first-timers. All boards and paddles are included.
