Breath in, arms up, breath out, fold. Two minutes in and the cues stop being instructions and start being rhythm. Grip, wrap, hold, hang: the ground is closer than it looks and the progress is faster. You are lighter on your feet leaving than arriving, which never quite stops being a surprise.
