Deep Ellum Pottery Studio beginner wheel throwing class gives students their first two hours at the pottery wheel in a focused session covering the basics of centering, opening, and pulling clay into a simple cylinder or bowl with instructor guidance throughout. The Deep Ellum setting adds creative energy to the experience, and all materials and one firing are included so students show up and get started without any preparation. Finished glazed pieces are available for pickup a few weeks after class.
