Rose Hill's monthly Wine and Design class is a hands-on floral design session led by one of the shop's award-winning designers inside their production studio on Trousdale Drive. Refreshments begin at 5:30 p.m. and the design instruction starts at 6:00 p.m., giving students roughly 90 minutes to complete a seasonal arrangement they take home at the end of the night. The instructor demonstrates the core techniques — stem conditioning, proportion, and layering textures — before students work through their own version using the same professional flowers and tools. Ticket price covers all flowers, a design vessel, floral tools, wine, and light snacks.
