This one-hour group class covers the fundamentals of ballroom technique across styles including waltz, foxtrot, and tango, with instructors breaking down footwork, frame, and timing so beginners can follow along from the very first session. Classes rotate through different ballroom styles on a weekly schedule so each visit introduces new material while reinforcing previously learned patterns. No partner is required, as the class rotates participants so everyone practices leading and following with multiple people.
