Sur La Table City Centre walks students through fresh pasta technique every Tuesday evening, covering the dough, rolling, and shaping steps for at least two pasta shapes per class. The chef-instructor demonstrates each step before students work at their own station with professional tools provided by the kitchen. Students eat the pasta they make in class, and the recipe packet is theirs to take home.
