Latin Heels fuses the footwork of Latin ballroom styles with the sensual flair of heels choreography for a class that builds confidence and coordination. Students practice in heels or flat shoes depending on personal preference, with instructors adapting technique cues accordingly. Each weekly session introduces a new combination building on the fundamentals of hip isolation, weight transfer, and Cuban motion.
