Each weeknight session at Copperpot focuses on a seasonal menu built around what's fresh at the market, giving students hands-on experience with real, ingredient-driven cooking. Participants rotate through prep stations covering knife work, sauce building, and protein technique before gathering to plate and eat the full meal together. Class sizes are kept small to ensure everyone gets time at the stove with direct instructor feedback.
