Oregon Wine & Cider Tasting

Coopers Hall's tasting sessions combine their own barrel-aged ciders and wines with educational context about the Oregon producers who grow the apples and grapes. You work through four to five pours with a staff pourer who explains the regional and production background of each one, and the tasting happens inside the winery and cidery itself so you can watch the barrels aging in real time. Sessions are informal and genuinely informative without being stiff.
