Focus on the effects of glaze in this ceramics workshop at Crescent City Clayworks where you work with bisque-fired pieces and experiment with layering glazes, wax resist, and oxide washes to achieve unique surface effects. The instructor introduces color theory as it applies to ceramics and helps you predict how combinations will look after firing. Pre-fired bisque pieces and all glazing materials are provided.
