Brooklyn Comedy Collective offers Saturday afternoon stand-up intensives where participants spend 90 minutes writing new material, developing their comedic perspective, and performing in front of peers. The instructor leads a focused workshop on one element of stand-up craft such as premise development, crowd work, or storytelling structure before students apply the concept in short performance sets. Beginners and intermediate students with some prior stand-up experience are equally welcome.
