Kinetic Arts Center's static trapeze class covers mounting and dismounting the bar, basic swinging positions, a back hip circle, and one or two beginner poses in a session that feels noticeably different from flying trapeze in its slower, more precise movement vocabulary. The class is appropriate for beginners and is designed to build body awareness and bar confidence before progressing to more advanced movements. Safety mats and instructor spotting are provided throughout.
