Bettie's Chicago is a 1950s-themed recreational baking and cooking school tucked into the River North neighborhood. Founded by Kristin Hoffman (known as Baker Bettie), the school offers classes in bread baking, pastry arts, and savory cooking in a warmly decorated vintage diner-style space. Classes are kept intentionally small so every student gets personal attention and leaves with a bag full of everything they made.
