About this class
One pose runs into the next with barely a pause, so you are warm within minutes. It runs as a series, so it builds week to week. You break the combo into pieces, drill each one, then run it full-out with the music up. You are lighter on your feet leaving than arriving, which never quite stops being a surprise.
