Sawdust Art Festival Glassblowing Studio

The Sawdust Art Festival in Laguna Beach has been running since 1967 and is home to one of the only walk-up glassblowing studios in Southern California, where you get two hours of hands-on instruction from a professional glassblower and create your own finished piece to take home after it cools. Sessions are small and the process goes step by step so you are always actively involved, with finished pieces ready for pickup or shipping within 24 to 48 hours. Classes run Fridays and Saturdays during the summer festival season from July through early September, and separately during the spring festival in March and April.
