Gem Studio at Irvine Spectrum is a jewelry workshop where you make your own wearable piece during the session, whether that is a silversmith ring with a semi-precious stone, a bracelet built from hundreds of charm options, or a permanent jewelry piece welded directly onto your wrist. The silversmithing workshop runs two to three hours using real .925 sterling silver, and you do about 30 percent of the fabrication yourself with guidance from the resident silversmith who handles the parts requiring professional equipment.
