The Gourmandise School is Santa Monica's go-to recreational cooking and baking school, running classes out of a fully equipped kitchen studio on the third floor of Santa Monica Place seven days a week. Every class is hands-on from the first minute, so you are cooking or baking through the full session rather than watching a demonstration, and you eat what you make at the end with your classmates. The school offers rotating classes across cuisines, pastry techniques, chocolate work, pasta, and themed date-night formats, with something new on the schedule each month.
