Alliance Française de Los Angeles

The Alliance Française de Los Angeles is a nonprofit cultural organization and language school that has been teaching French in the city for over a century. Language courses run in sessions throughout the year at every level from complete beginner to advanced conversation, and classes are kept small so students are speaking and practicing from the first lesson rather than sitting through lectures. Beyond language, the school also hosts French film screenings, cultural events, and conversation groups that give students a reason to keep using the language outside of class.
