Hipcooks

Hipcooks is one of Los Angeles's most popular hands-on cooking schools, running classes out of its East LA kitchen at the Brewery Artist Lofts where every student cooks at their own station rather than watching a demo. Classes cover a rotating lineup of cuisines and techniques, from Spanish tapas and French bistro to Italian pasta and Thai street food, and always wrap up with everyone sitting down together to eat everything they made. Wine is included, class sizes stay small, and no cooking experience is needed to enjoy it.
