Miette Culinary Studio is a 1,800-square-foot loft kitchen in Little Italy run by Chef Paul, offering hands-on cooking classes where students work at individual stations and eat a full meal at the end of every session. Classes rotate through French cuisine, knife skills, seasonal menus, and international techniques, with dates available on weekday evenings and weekend afternoons. The exposed-brick loft setting and small class sizes make it feel like cooking in a well-equipped private kitchen rather than a commercial school.
