NYC Comedy Class

NYC Comedy Class is a six-week stand-up comedy program near Lincoln Center that takes students from no experience to performing five to seven minutes of original material at a graduation show at a real Manhattan comedy club. Classes are limited to 12 students so every participant gets direct feedback on their jokes each week, and the format emphasizes joke structure, stage presence, and developing a personal comedic voice rather than generic improv exercises. The school has been teaching stand-up comedy in New York for over 15 years, and a free video recording of the graduation performance is included.
