Home Cooking New York has been running hands-on cooking classes in lower Manhattan since 2002, with a focus on practical skills that people actually use at home rather than restaurant technique. Classes are small by design so every participant gets real time at the cutting board, the stove, and the oven. The session ends with everyone sitting down together to eat the meal they prepared.
