Dear Irving

Dear Irving is a cocktail bar on Irving Place in Gramercy designed to look like a New York apartment from different eras, and it runs hands-on cocktail classes inside one of the most thoughtfully designed bar spaces in the city. You work at your own station, make real cocktails from scratch, receive a curated recipe file and book recommendations, and enjoy a welcome drink and light snacks as part of the session. The class runs on weekends for groups of up to eight people, and the setting alone makes it memorable.
