This four-day ASA 101 certification course is the standard entry point for sailing, covering everything you need to skipper a small keelboat safely in light winds and calm water, including rigging, steering, points of sail, sail trim, tacking, jibing, docking, and basic navigation rules. The course runs as two days in the classroom and two days on the water in Marina del Rey, with your instructor adjusting the ratio depending on weather and student progress.
