About this class
A two-hour class structured around the experience of cooking and eating together rather than following a recipe silently. You and a partner (or the person you just met in line) will share one station and one task list. one person handles dough while the other builds the sauce, then you swap. You'll make pizza dough from scratch (yeast, flour, water, a pinch of salt), a simple San Marzano pomodoro, and two custom pies with your choice of toppings. The oven does the hard work. A carafe of wine and a green salad are served alongside. All ingredients, aprons, and recipes provided.
