Aerial Silks for Beginners

About this class

Circus Center's beginner aerial silks class introduces climbing technique, basic wraps, and three to four foundational figures on long fabric panels suspended from the rig ceiling, building grip strength and body awareness while keeping the movement vocabulary simple and achievable for first-timers. The instructor spots throughout the class and safety mats are in place under the rig. No prior aerial or gymnastics experience is needed.
