Intro to Climbing: Walk-In Session

About this class

Berkeley Ironworks' daily walk-in intro class covers movement basics, knot tying, and belay certification in a 90-minute session with a staff instructor, then transitions to guided top-rope climbing with a day pass bundled in so you can keep climbing on your own after the class ends. Shoe rental is available at the front desk and the gym's 50-foot lead wall and bouldering terrain give you plenty of routes to explore after the instructor-led portion is done. No prior experience is needed.
