This foundational 2.5-hour class teaches the core skills every cake decorator needs, from properly crumb-coating a layer cake to piping shells, stars, zig-zags, and rosettes with multiple tip sizes. By the end you will have produced a professional-looking textured buttercream cake that you take home, along with the knowledge to reproduce the techniques on your own.
