ComedySportz San Jose's Level 1 course is an eight to ten-week beginner improv program that meets once a week and covers Yes And, agreement, listening, scenic reality, and the foundational skills of ensemble improvisation in a progressive curriculum taught by ComedySportz company members. The course ends with a student showcase performance and is structured so that complete beginners build real proficiency by the final session rather than just sampling the format.
