KOVAL's whiskey-focused cocktail class is built around the distillery's acclaimed single-barrel whiskeys, teaching you to make three whiskey-forward cocktails including an Old Fashioned, a Whiskey Smash, and a Penicillin variation, with the instructor covering how to taste, evaluate, and adapt recipes to the spirit you have on hand. The format includes a short tour of the production area so you understand how the whiskey was made before you start using it. Minimum age 21.
