Intro to Aerial Silks (6-Week Course)

This beginner course introduces you to aerial silks starting from the ground up, teaching how to climb, wrap, and invert in the fabric before you progress to basic drops and poses as the course goes on. Each of the six weekly sessions builds on what came before, and the instructor works closely with students to correct technique and make sure everyone progresses safely. No prior aerial experience or exceptional upper body strength is required to start, and most students are surprised by how much they can do within the first few sessions.
