Beginner Surf Lesson

La Vida Laguna's two-hour beginner surf lesson starts with instruction on the beach covering stance, the pop-up, paddle mechanics, and how to read waves before taking you into the water for actual wave riding along the Laguna Beach coastline. The guides are used to working with complete beginners in ocean conditions and stay in the water with you throughout the lesson to provide real-time coaching on each wave. All surf equipment is provided and no prior experience is required.
