Bouldering Introduction Class

About this class

Central Rock Gym on West End Avenue runs a structured bouldering intro on Monday and Saturday afternoons that covers foot placement, body positioning, and how to read a route before you start climbing it. After the instruction portion you get open climbing time on the gym walls, with staff available to spot and suggest routes appropriate for your level. All gear including shoes is included in the session fee.
