Flying Trapeze Introduction

Aloft's introductory flying trapeze class gets you on the bar within the first 15 minutes, starting with a coached take-off from the platform and building toward a knee hang and catch sequence by the end of the 90-minute session. A safety line is attached for every swing and the instructor calls timing cues from the ground so you know exactly when to move. This is one of the most exhilarating beginner experiences available in Chicago and requires no prior aerial or gymnastics background.
