This date night class covers the building blocks of Moroccan cooking, spice layering, braising technique, and how to build a proper tagine and couscous dish, all in a shared two-person workstation format. You cook through three to four recipes together, the kitchen is set up and cleaned by the staff, and you eat the full meal with wine at the end of the session. It is one of the more popular date night formats at the Newport Beach location because the food is genuinely good and the process is interactive from start to finish.
