About this class

Ocean Experience has been San Diego's original surf school since 1990 and runs daily beginner lessons in Ocean Beach, one of the most consistent beginner surfing spots in the city. Ocean rescue-certified instructors cover beach safety, reading the break, paddling out, and the pop-up before guiding you into actual waves. All boards and wetsuits are included and the Newport Avenue shop location makes before-and-after logistics easy.
