Open practice at Cabrillo Academy is structured time on the strip with bout opportunities against other members and coaching available from the on-floor instructor. It works best for students who have completed at least one beginner course and want to develop their skills through repeated bout experience. Club members and class students are both welcome at open practice sessions.
