About this class

A late-summer pasta class built around the seasonal transition, fresh pasta paired with roasted autumn vegetables, brown butter, sage, and a ricotta filling that makes use of the season's last good produce. You make fresh dough, shape two pasta formats by hand, and cook them through to plate. The class finishes with a full sit-down dinner and wine.
