Chocolate Truffle Making Workshop

Katherine Anne Confections' truffle-making event runs for about two and a half hours in the shop's Logan Square space, where a professional chocolatier teaches you to temper dark, milk, and white chocolate, prepare and flavor ganache fillings, and coat finished truffles in cocoa, crushed hazelnuts, or edible finishes. Every participant goes home with a box of the truffles they made during the session, and the instructor personalizes the experience to the group's preferences for chocolate intensity and flavor. Minimum group size is 10 for this event.
