About this class

This class focuses on the light, seafood-forward style of Italian coastal cooking, covering two to three dishes built around fresh fish, good olive oil, and simple pasta or bread to go with it. You work through each recipe at a shared station, using technique rather than complicated ingredients, branzino, clams, or shrimp prepared simply and correctly produce better results than elaborate sauces. The session finishes with a full sit-down meal and wine, and the recipes are designed to be realistic to reproduce at home the following weekend.
